This year, I decided to go on a trip with my family to Hangzhou, a beautiful city known for its West Lake and rich cultural heritage.

The journey started early in the morning. We took a high-speed train from our city to Hangzhou, which took about two hours. The scenery along the way was breathtaking, with green hills and clear rivers passing by the window. I felt so relaxed and happy, looking forward to the adventure ahead.

Upon arriving in Hangzhou, we first visited the West Lake. It is one of the most famous scenic spots in China. The lake was calm and reflected the blue sky and white clouds. There were many people walking around the lake, taking photos and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. We also rented a boat and sailed on the lake. The view from the water was even more beautiful, with willows swaying gently and pavilions standing quietly on the shore.

In the afternoon, we went to the Lingyin Temple, a famous Buddhist temple located at the foot of the mountain. The temple is surrounded by ancient trees and quiet pathways. I was deeply impressed by the peaceful environment and the spiritual atmosphere there. We also tried some local snacks, such as lotus root and tea, which tasted delicious.

During the trip, I not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery but also learned a lot about Chinese culture and history. It was a meaningful and unforgettable experience. I realized that traveling is not just about seeing new places, but also about understanding different ways of life and appreciating the beauty of nature.

When the holiday ended, I returned home with a full heart and a lot of memories. I hope to have more opportunities to travel and explore the world in the future. This National Day holiday was truly a wonderful time, and I will never forget it.
