3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of this agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.
4. Liability: Customs Broker shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions made by third-party service providers unless such errors or omissions arise from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Customs Broker.
5. Term and Termination: This agreement shall commence on the date first above written and continue until terminated by either party upon providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other party.
